The Gästeresidenz Pelikan Viertel is located right next to the Pelikan Complex. In less than five minutes from the hotel by foot, you can be at the various locations for the workshops and the closing party. The Gästeresidenz PelikanViertel also boasts a workshop room with a beautiful parquet floor.
